主要研究目的 |
1.建立具有全国代表性、多中心、前瞻性透析合并冠心病患者的研究队列,了解此类患者的临床特征及治疗现状,评估不同治疗方案对预后的影响,为优化治疗策略提供循证医学证据。 2.结合既往回顾性数据库和前瞻性研究队列,基于深度学习算法识别冠脉病变特征,建立结合冠脉病变特征和临床资料的针对透析合并冠心病患者不良预后的临床预测模型,优化对透析合并冠心病患者预后的预测。 3.建立统一标准、统一共享的生物样本库,通过代谢组学方法进一步明确与透析患者冠脉粥样硬化、冠脉钙化及病变进展、冠脉微循环障碍相关的生物标记物,深入探索其潜在机制。 |

1.年龄在18-80岁(含18岁和80岁); 2.长期腹膜透析或血液透析(透析时间≥3个月); 3.经冠状动脉造影明确诊断冠心病:包括急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死、急性非ST段抬高型心肌梗死、不稳定型心绞痛、稳定性冠心病。 |

1.妊娠期或哺乳期; 2.有精神疾患或其他原因不能配合治疗; 3.合并晚期恶性肿瘤、严重肝脏疾病、重度心力衰竭等。 |
